Can I get something made?
Yes! Head over to Handknics on Etsy and click ‘Request Custom Order’.
Are the items hand knitted?
Yes, and all by me. I also hand finish the items after I’ve completed the knitting, whether that is sewing up seams or adding buttons. Each item has been made and completed by hand.
Can items be made in other colours and sizes?
The shop has various sizes, styles and colours of garments available. If you see something you love but not the colour you want or need, just request a custom order.
A list of the sizes each item can be made in is detailed in each listing. Items such as hats can be made in sizes up to adult. Baby garments are not available in adult sizes.
How do I care of a HandKnics item?
Care instructions are listed in the shop and they are always supplied with the item itself. Keep an eye out for the HandKnics label with all the instructions!
I always choose yarn that is easy to care for and all items can be machine washed at 30C. Please don’t tumble dry as this may damage the item.
